Everything was very convenient here - affable staff and new-fashioned rooms. The rooms with single beds. Nice pool, parking on site. Location not far from shops and the beach and Summerstrand and the back garden. Really nice experience there.

i booked a room with a very comfy bed, a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. the bathroom was clean, it was nice to have a roll in shower.

The location of this place is fantastic, situated in a great area that is easily accessible, and it's just a mile away from a nice restaurant called Fishtales.

The host, Mara, was warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We loved being able to relax by the pool and the location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach and center of Summerstrand. we highly recommend this guest house for a wonderful stay.

Spent Xmas at a charming guest house with beautiful gardens and a serene ambiance. Loved the spacious room and bathroom overlooking a lovely pool. The location was an added advantage as it was secured and close to nearby shops. The host was welcoming and gracious, making us feel right at home.

The distance to the center of the city, which was a bit of a walk and the windy weather made it even harder to make our way around. the guest house was wonderful, just wish it was closer to the attractions.

My stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. the location was fantastic, as it was very close to the Beachfront and within walking distance of the hotel. Being so close to the main beach road allowed me to easily explore the area and enjoy all the seaside attractions.

Great location near the beach and other entertainment areas. the venue is comfortable and relaxing to stay in.

The geyser temperature was set too high, causing two guests to get accidental burns in the shower. It would be better if the pipes were insulated to prevent this.

Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a small kitchenette. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money experience.
